Cloud computing giant AWS has brought 18 Kiwi start-ups and representatives from 20 foreign venture capital funds face-to-face, in what organisers believe is a “world-first” initiative for the Amazon-owned firm.
The start-ups were given five minutes each to pitch for investment at events in Wellington and Auckland.
