Vance Kerslake was appointed to the new position of advocacy manager at Wine Marlborough in August. Since moving here with his family three years ago, Vance has been strait-hopping to do contract work with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and the State Services Commission in Wellington. He sat down with reporter Anan Zaki to discuss his new role.
