Unemployment has fallen but the number of underutilised workers remains high, especially for women.
Underutilised includes people who are unemployed, and those who work part-time and want more work.
More than 180,000 women are underutilised in the labour force, although earlier in the year, this number was above 200,000.
While changes in the number of women being underutilised in the labour force has been erratic, for men amount of unofficially unemployed workers has been declining, on the whole.
