The husband and wife team behind Northern Vietnamese restaurant Where’s Charlie? are opening a third venue in Thorndon Quay next month.
Tina Nguyen and Justin Chang have evolved the concept with specials and tapas options in the evening, instead of the all-day menu that is at their Lambton Quay branch.
