Recipe: Sam Mannering’s salad of wild rice, salmon, edamame and pickled ginger

It’s challenging during these long summer days to come up with meals that satisfy but are not too heavy. Carbs and warm weather turn me into a fat sleepy labrador; endless leaves don’t quite cut it either. I think this dish ticks all the boxes pretty well.
