It’s finally scallop season. I’ve been holding out like a whiny toddler. Ever since I was little, I’ve been mad about them. I remember, from childhood summers at Opito Bay, a recipe for scallops cooked in the shell which my father claims to have invented, but which looked suspiciously like one by Jo Seagar. They were so delicious that we never questioned him. Sorry Jo.
