This lightly-spiced, oaty nutty crumble is great sprinkled over stewed fruit, ice cream, trifles or in parfaits. Roughly smash a packet of Anzac biscuits and place in a processor with 2 tablespoons melted butter, a small handful of chopped toasted nuts and a good pinch each of ground cinnamon and five-spice powder. Pulse to a rough crumb. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Makes 2 cups
