I'm a big fan of what is officially known as cymbopogon. You probably know it as lemongrass, also variously described as barbed wire grass, silky heads, fever grass and citronella grass. I'm a little relieved that we know it as lemongrass, since telling people to "take 200g of barbed wire grass" doesn't have quite the same appeal about it.
