Why I won’t touch kombucha regardless of how health it is

OPINION: The top of the pantry, as we all know, is a house of horrors. It’s a Tutankhamun’s tomb, best left undisturbed. Here, a mummified vegetable, there a cockroach superhighway, and once, in a share house I lived in, an “art project” made of compost (don’t ask).
